City logistics - What tools a city needs to reach a CO2 free city logistics?

The SMARTSET Conference and Transnational Network Meeting will bring together representatives from policy level, knowledge carriers and cities implementing sustainable city logistic measures or planning to do so from across Europe. Starting from SMARTSET activities and with input from other experts, experiences on efficient urban freight transport will be presented and discussed. Future needs for reaching essentially CO₂-free city logistics will be formulated. Additionally to presentations and discussions the conference will provide the possibility to bring material and present posters from projects and initiatives in the field of sustainable logistics from cities all over Europe.

An evening reception on Schlossberg will provide further possibilities for exchange and networking.

This first SMARTSET Conference and Transnational Network Meeting is organised in cooperation with the City of Graz and CIVINET Deutscher Sprachraum, the regional CIVITAS Network for the German speaking area.
