WANT TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT EU FUNDING OPPORTUNITES FOR SUSTAINABLE TRANSPORT?

Attend the FREE CIVINET UK & Ireland training workshop for sustainable transport professionals in Scotland

 

Hosted by Transport Scotland, this half day training workshop will provide:

  • an overview of EU funding schemes relating to sustainable transport, by the Head of Clean Transport & Sustainable Urban Mobility, in the DG Mobility and Transport of the EC

  • a spotlight on Horizon 2020 by the H2020 National Contact Point for Scotland.

 

Participants will also work in facilitated sessions to consider:

  • the pros and cons of involvement in EU funding bids and projects

  • co-ordinating an EU bid. This session will focus on the PEACE INTERREG programme and bids to Transport Scotland for ERDF funding (Transport Scotland Strategic Intervention).

There will be plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion.

 

Who should attend?  Local authorities or other organisations in Scotland interested in accessing EU funding for sustainable transport

The training workshop is FREE to both CIVINET UKI members and non-members.
