North Hesse (Germany)

North Hesse, a region in central Germany, is actively pursuing sustainable mobility solutions to enhance transportation efficiency and reduce environmental impact. A significant initiative is the development of an Electric Mobility Concept, aiming to systematically promote electromobility through the expansion of charging infrastructure and the integration of electric vehicles into public transport systems. Additionally, the region aligns with Hessen's overarching "Mobility Strategy 2035", which seeks to transform transportation by improving connections between various modes and integrating digital solutions. This strategy emphasizes sustainable, rapid, and safe travel options for residents and visitors.
