Lucca (Italy)

Lucca is an Italian city located in the region of Tuscany, known for its well-preserved Renaissance-era city walls encircling the historic centre of the city. It is located on a plain at the foot of the Apuan Alpsand is less than half an hour from the coast of Versilia. Lucca is very easy to reach both by car and train from both Pisa and Florence.

Among the Lucca's urban mobility goals, there are: purchasing of a new fleet of electric buses for public service; the implementation of the bycicle path network; a feasability study for a tender to set recharging stations for FEV; the improvement of the mobility services to move to school/office; and a students' training to improve sustainable mobility.
