CIVITAS Study Visit - Cascais (Portugal)

In recent years, Cascais has developed its sustainable urban mobility programme  "MobiCascais", which integrates local transport with regional transport and supports good practices implemented by the municipality. The city received the Global Mobi Award 2018 for a city with intelligent mobility.

This study visit will focus on advanced mobility management and MaaS. During the visit, various local and regional stakeholders will be involved, including the Municipality of Cascais, Cascais Proxima, private and public bus operators, train operators, an electric car sharing company, journalists, academics and technology providers.

Participation in the study visit is free of charge, however accommodation and travel cost are not covered.
