CIVITAS as case study in the Canadian Pembina Institute report “Improving Urban Freight Efficiency"

The Pembina Institute, a Canadian environmental think-tank, just released the report “Improving Urban Freight Efficiency: Global best practices in reducing emissions in goods movement”.
This report looks at municipal and industry-led initiatives and solutions to address urban freight challenges, that are done through a variety of stakeholder engagement and collaborative approaches.
The EU-funded H2020 CIVITAS initiative is one of the case studies highlighted in the report. The CIVITAS Urban Freight and Logistics Thematic Group actively contributed to provide examples of European best practices, as well as of some CIVITAS urban freight projects currently ongoing.
