CIVITAS Forum 2019 call for contributions, exhibitors and sponsors opens
The calls for contributions, exhibitors, and sponsors are open for the CIVITAS Forum 2019! Demonstrate your urban mobility tools, solutions, and experience at Europe's leading sustainable transport event from 2-4 October 2019 in Graz, Austria.
Call for contributions
CIVITAS and non-CIVITAS cities, organisations, projects can submit proposals for two session types - thematic and take-up and transfer sessions - across a wide variety of themes. Activities should connect people and share knowledge in interactive ways.
Thematic sessions will act as lively discussion fora and engage with the hottest mobility topics. Take-up and transfer sessions provide an ideal opportunity for organisers to demonstrate their solutions and let participants experience cutting-edge urban mobility tools and methods in action. Call for exhibitors
The Forum is an ideal opportunity for projects, organisations, and businesses of all sizes to interact with local, regional, and national government representatives, as well as delegates from European and international institutions.
Being an exhibitor enables you to showcase your company, project, or organisation’s innovative mobility products, tools, and methods to this prestigious community. Spaces of various sizes are available, and CIVITAS projects exhibit for free. Find the call here.

Submission details
To submit a session contribution, click here. To guarantee your exhibition space, click here. Please note it is necessary to create a user account for both before submission.
