Public Transport Priority System and Passengers Information System Tender

On January 05, 2006 Tallinn Transport Department announced a public procurement with the aim to tender Public Transport Priority System and Passengers Information System. It is a joint tender for both measures. The procurement was carried out using a negotiated tendering procedure with prior publication of tender notice. The deadline for proposals was February 8, 2006. Seven proposals were received by that deadline.

Five of the proposals received were single proposals, two - joint ones. Three single proposals are from Estonian firms (AS Helmes, ÜO Digireklaam, RTT AS), another two from Sweden (AB Thoreb) and Finland (Swardo Finland OY), joint proposals come from AB Thoreb / RTT AS and Vultron Trade Co Ltd (UK)/ Buse s.r.o. (Czech Republic) / OÜ Davenburg (Estonia). Currently qualification of the proposals is going on.
