Booklet and exhibition shines light on CIVITAS success story cities

Today at the CIVITAS Forum 2019 in Graz, a new booklet and exhibition outlining the success stories of six CIVITAS cities were launched.

As part of the five phases under the CIVITAS Initiative, cities have implemented cutting-edge sustainable mobility measures. Whilst many cities have benefitted immensely from participating in CIVITAS projects, the impact in a few of these has been particularly pronounced.

This booklet tells the tales of six cities from across Europe whose involvement in CIVITAS has inspired a transformation in their urban mobility systems - and ultimately the cities themselves.

Discover the success stories of Gdynia (Poland), Ghent (Belgium), Graz (Austria), Ljubljana (Slovenia), Stockholm (Sweden), and Vitoria-Gasteiz (Spain).

Find out a series of fast mobility facts about each city, the details behind their sustainable mobility journeys, and their most impressive measures.

The booklets and an exhibition were unveiled by Dejan Crnek, Deputy Mayor of Ljubljana and Chair of the CIVITAS Political Advisory Committee.

He was joined by representatives of Ghent, Graz, Stockholm, and Vitoria-Gasteiz.
