The next CiViNET Spain and Portugal local Forum along with the General Assembly. Main topic of the forum is "Public Transport as a driver of requalification and urban valorization, from an economic perspective of territorial competitiveness". Cascais is the current Portuguese Presidency of the Network, after the elections organized in Torres Vedras during the CIVITAS forum. The Spanish Presidency is the City of Alcobendas and the Secretariat has moved to the Portuguese City of Torres Vedras. 1-day workshop on shared space. Expected number of participants is 35 people. The organisation of the workshop will give cities a chance to gain from the experience of more advanced cities and get knowledge on technical problems, barriers to implement, but also about the shared space actual operation, including the safety/security aspects and social function.
