נעים יחד קדימה לקראת ניידות טובה יותר: פרויקט 2MOVE2 ימשיך לקדם ולהפיץ את הידע שנרכש על מערכות תחבורה עירוניות חדשניות. הפרויקט מדגיש את שיתוף הפעולה ההדוק בין הערים השותפות ויוביל חילופי ידע לשיפור מערכות התחבורה העירוניות. ארבע הערים המשתתפות בפרויקט, ברנו מצ'כיה, מלגה מספרד, שטוטגרט מגרמניה ותל-אביב יפו מישראל, ייהנו משיתופי הידע ומהטמעת השיפורים בתחום הניידות העירונית בעתיד

מטרתו העיקרית של  פרויקט 2MOVE2 היא לשפר את הניידות העירונית באמצעות יצירת מערכות תחבורה עירוניות בנות קיימא ויעילות.

הפרויקט מורכב משמונה שותפים בארבע הערים המשתתפות. שטוטגרט, העיר המרכזת  את הפרויקט  נעזרת בחברת ייעוץ SSP Consult האחראית לריכוז הטכני של הפרויקט ולהערכתו, וכן באוניברסיטת שטוטגרט המרכזת את קבוצת העבודה ואת הכנת תכניות הניידות העירוניות  (Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan – SUMP). כמו כן, העיר ברנו נעזרת בחברת התעבורה הציבורית שלה DPMB, ואילו העיר תל-אביב נעזרת בצוות המכון לחקר התחבורה בטכניון.

 

שותפי פרויקט 2MOVE2 הגדירו מקבצי משימות בכל הערים, הכוללים שלושה תחומי עיסוק עיקריים:

  • ניידות בכלי רכב חדשניים, לצמצום מפגעי זיהום אויר ורעש הנגרמים מהתנועה בעיר.
  • פריסה של מערכות תחבורה חכמות ושימוש במערכות מידע (ICT ו- ITS) לניהול התנועה שיפור הבטיחות בדרכים ותכנון הנסיעות בעיר באמצעי תחבורה ירוקים (תחבורה ציבורית, רכיבה על אופניים והליכה ברגל).
  • תכנון תחבורה עירונית בת קיימא המשלבת עירוב שימושי קרקע, מערכות תחבורה חדשניות ושימוש באמצעי תחבורה לא ממונעים (רכיבה על אופניים והליכה ברגל).

בהמשך להגדרת משימות הפרוייקט משתתפי 2MOVE2 פיתחו 23 משימות עבודה (תת פרוייקטים).

יישום הפרויקטים בארבע הערים יאפשר השוואה של התוצאות והערכת השפעתן בערי הפרויקט.

דגש מיוחד מושם ב- 2MOVE2 על הקישור בין תחומי העבודה המוצעים ובין תכניות הניידות העירוניות.

במסגרת תכניות הניידות העירוניות (SUMP), ארבע הערים השותפות יקדמו קבוצת עבודה של 2MOVE2 אשר תספק הנחיות לשיפור יעילות הפרויקט, איכותו והתאמתו למדיניות התחבורה בכל אחת מהערים השותפות.
