Feature your city in a new CIVITAS e-publication and videos

Cyclists in Rome

Unfortunately, the CIVITAS study visits scheduled for 2020 could not take place due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. As an alternative, CIVITAS is producing an interactive e-publication that will immerse readers in the best practices of leading mobility cities. Alongside the cities selected to host the study visits in 2020, it will include two other cities.

Apply now to have your city featured - present three sustainable urban mobility best practices and showcase your city with a video!

Your contributions will feature in the new e-publication: readers can learn about what your city is doing to make mobility more sustainable and travel virtually through your streets in a short film. The three best practices can cover a wide variety of fields, including active mobility, shared mobility, demand management strategies, urban logistics, clean fuels and vehicles and public transport. Alternatively, one of your examples can focus on a COVID-19 response measure. The video should focus on one of the three chosen best practices and/or what you think the future holds for mobility in your city, particularly after COVID-19. CIVITAS will provide (up to) €2,500 EUR towards video production costs for the two selected cities.

Outline your three best practices briefly in the form below and send it to arianna [dot] americo [at] eurocities [dot] eu and annecharlotte [dot] trapp [at] eurocities [dot] eu ( )by 11 September2020. Download the form here or below.

The selected cities will be informed by 16 September - the deadline to produce the video is 16 October 2020. Download detailed video production guidelines here.

The e-publication will be launched at a special online event later in the year.
