CIVITAS website announced as a finalist for a EURid award!
The CIVITAS website is a finalist for an .eu Web Award! Among the 821 websites nominated, civitas.eu is one of 18 finalists that received the most votes. It is a finalist in the Laurels category, which is for websites that represent educational and charitable bodies or pan European projects.
The .eu Web Awards, which are hosted by EURid, highlight and celebrate the most effective and impactful .eu websites. The finalists have been invited to attend the .eu Web Awards ceremony in Mechelen, Belgium on 17 November 2022, when the winners will be announced. The six winners of the 2022 Web Awards competition, selected by the .eu Web Awards Jury, will go home with a trophy, an education package for website management, as well the grand prize – a marketing campaign with a budget of €5000!
Collectively, 7785 votes were received! You can view the diverse websites, representing 23 European countries and multiple languages at webawards.eurid.eu.
The CIVITAS Initiative launched its current website in May 2021, after more than a year of planning and development. The new website complemented the launch of the new CIVITAS visual identity.
