The application period to apply as a speaker at the CIVITAS Forum Conference 2021 has now closed.

This is the perfect opportunity for CIVITAS and non-CIVITAS cities, organisations and projects to share their know-how, tools, solutions and challenges related to urban mobility with the keenest mobility minds in Europe and beyond.

This 18th edition of the CIVITAS Initiative's flagship event will take place on 20-21 October 2021 in Aachen (Germany), in a hybrid format, with the central theme of "Smart routes towards climate-neutral cities".

We are searching for a rich selection of speakers with varying perspectives on this years’ theme, as well as those discussed in the parallel sessions.

The programme will be composed of twelve parallel sessions, and speakers can present either on-site (also streamed live on the online platform) or online (also broadcasted in an on-site room). Your proposal should be in line with one (maximum two) of the topics listed in the call document in order to not overlap with other subjects. Please note that all activities should aim to connect people and share knowledge in interactive ways, so make sure to highlight this in your application!

Consult the call document for more information on suggested formats and topics for contributions.

Submit your proposal

In order to be considered as a speaker, download the guidelines and proposal form, fill it out and send it to forum [at] civitas [dot] eu by July 22, 2021.
